1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Certain items, such as custom-made, clearance, or final-sale items, are non-refundable unless defective.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
We may request photos or videos as proof of the issue.
A replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
